Born in California, Alex has been fascinated by scents since childhood…

During his medical studies, Alex realized that the evocative power of perfume could serve as emotional medicine. Perfumery would allow him to follow his dreams of helping others while fulfilling his passion.

Alex left California to study French in Lyon. In early 2008, he was admitted to the Perfumery Institute in Grasse. After several jobs as a perfumer’s assistant in the perfume houses of Grasse, he is accepted at the Isipca. At the end of his training, he was chosen to join the perfumery school of MANE.

He begins his training at the world headquarters in Bar-sur-Loup and spends a year in the Manhattan office before joining the MANE team in Paris.  In 2013, Alex won the young perfumer competition “Le parfum d’Esxence-5 years of excellence”.

He has since created fragrances for Maison Lancôme, Salvatore Ferragamo, and exceptional perfume brands like Sillages, Penhaligon’set Masque Milano.
